These Terms & Conditions apply when you access Electronics Station, browse products, contact us, or place an order. By using the website or completing an order, you agree to the terms that apply to your transaction.

1. Store Information

Electronics Station is an online store focused on practical electronics, kitchen appliances, and useful home products for customers in Pakistan.

2. Product Information

We try to present product titles, images, features, pricing, package contents, and other information accurately. Small differences in packaging, color, branding, accessories, or approved stock batches may occur where clearly disclosed on the product page.

For the brand-neutral 1.5L electric cooking pot, Electronics Station may fulfill from approved equivalent stock supplied under different brands, provided the core advertised product features match the listing.

3. Pricing and Discounts

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Sale prices, compare-at prices, discount codes, and promotional offers may change without notice. Discount codes are subject to their own eligibility, usage, expiry, and combination rules.

The WELCOME5 code, when active, is intended to provide 5% off an eligible order, is limited to one use per customer, and is configured not to combine with other discounts.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not always guarantee acceptance. We may contact you to confirm details, verify payment, correct an obvious pricing or stock error, or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled.

5. Payment Methods

Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfer. Prepaid orders are processed after payment can be reasonably verified. Customers should use only the payment details published on the website or confirmed by Electronics Station support.

6. Delivery

We deliver through available courier services. Delivery timing can vary by city, address, courier network, weather, public holidays, operational issues, and other factors outside our direct control. Any applicable delivery charge is shown or communicated before order completion where possible.

7. Address and Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and active phone number. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or prevent delivery.

8. Returns, Replacements and Product Issues

Customers should contact Electronics Station promptly if a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a genuine functional issue. We may request photos, video, packaging, accessories, or other evidence before approving a return, replacement, refund, repair, or other solution.

Customers should not send a product back without approval. Change-of-mind returns are not automatically accepted unless Electronics Station agrees to them.

9. Order Refusal and Failed Delivery

Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery orders, unreachable contact details, or misuse of the ordering process may result in future orders requiring confirmation or prepaid payment.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store operation, submit fraudulent orders, copy protected store content for unlawful use, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

Electronics Station branding, original site content, graphics, layouts, and other protected materials may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where rights belong to their respective owners.

12. Third-Party Services

The store may rely on Shopify, courier companies, payment providers, marketing services, analytics tools, review services, and other third parties. Their availability and performance may be subject to their own terms and systems.

13. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Electronics Station is not responsible for indirect losses, delays outside reasonable control, misuse of products, or problems caused by incorrect customer information, third-party services, or use contrary to product instructions.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions as the store, services, products, policies, or legal requirements change. The latest version published on this page applies from its stated update date.

15. Applicable Law

These terms are intended to operate under applicable laws of Pakistan. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
